–Accountant–Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree; or C.P.A., C.A., C.G.A., or C.M.A.
–Architect–Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree; or state/provincial license.[ii]
–Computer Systems Analyst –Baccalaureate or Licenciatura Degree; or Post-Secondary Diploma[iii] or Post Secondary Certificate [iv] and three years’ experience.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEE TN-1 VISA AND TN-2 VISA?
TN-1 Visa are for Canadian citizens.
TN-2 Visas are for Mexican citizens.
TN-2 Visas are for Mexican citizens.
Can my family travel with me?
Yes, the spouse and/or children (under the age of 21) of a qualified TN Visa applicant may relocate to the United States with the TN Visa applicant under a visa called the TD visa ("Trade Dependent").
How Long is my tn visa Valid?
Your TN Visa can be valid up to 3 years depending on what is requested by the employer of the qualifying candidate.
